○ Subscription Data: If you subscribe to premium features, I collect information about your subscription status (e.g., active subscriber, expiration date) through the service provider. I do not collect or store your financial information like credit card numbers.
● Usage Data:
○ Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include your Device's IP address, unique device identifiers, operating system, browser type, the features of the Service that You visit, the time and date of your visit, and other diagnostic data.
This section details how I handle the content you provide for the core functionality of the Service.
● Purpose of Processing: Your photograph is securely transmitted to servers for the sole purpose of performing the AI-powered facial analysis to generate your character analysis report.
● Storage of Analysis Results: The resulting character analysis report is linked to your Account and stored on servers to allow you to access your analysis history at any time.
● Storage of Photographs: To enhance your user experience by allowing you to view your analysis history with the corresponding images, the photographs you upload may be stored securely on the servers and linked to your Account. By using the Service, you consent to this storage.
● On-Device Storage: The Application may also store a copy of your photographs and results locally on your device to provide faster access.
● AI Model Training: I do not use your photographs or the derived facial analysis data to train My or any third-party AI models.
● Your Control: You can delete your photographs and analysis data at any time through your account settings or by contacting me.
I may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
● To provide and maintain the Service, including to monitor its usage.
● To manage Your Account, including your registration as a user.
● To manage Your Subscriptions, including processing payments and renewals via service providers.
● To contact You by email regarding updates, security alerts, or informative communications.
● To manage Your requests and respond to your inquiries.
● For data analysis, identifying usage trends, and improving the Service.
I may share Your personal information in the following situations:
● With Service Providers: I share information with trusted third-party Service Providers to facilitate the Service, provide features on My behalf, and help Me analyze how the Service is used. These providers assist with functions such as user authentication, data storage, subscription management, and analytics. These Service Providers are obligated not to disclose or use Your information for any other purpose.
● For Business Transfers: If I am involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred.
